Plus, there’s nothing to lose! You can pick up a book in any bookstore or library and improve yourself for under $10. It doesn’t get much better than that!

4. Be Grateful

Gratitude is one of the most powerful things in the world, and it’s something we should all improve more often. Being grateful for the things we have – our health, our jobs, our loved ones, our friends, and family – is the key to living a happier life.

And it’s not just about being happy or smiling all of the time! People who are grateful actually improve their relationships with other people, improve how they work, improve their sleep habits, improve their memory and improve their focus.
